Mindfulness has become one of the most popular ways to mitigate the stress at workplace and home. While there are so many books, articles and sites telling us what is mindfulness and how it works, we would recommend this 10-minute video to get started with mindfulness. Obviously there are more things to know but this video can be a good starting point if you are not sure what is mindfulness and how it can help.
BTW this is a TED talk recorded in year 2012 and has got more than 9 million views. It’s delivered by Mr. Andy Puddicombe, who has written three books on mindfulness and has co-founded an online healthcare company called Headspace.
